Move to oust the Prime Minister: Najib appears to have more lives than a cat - pakdin.my

His Majesty the Agong gave this Regent a dressing down and said that he would not support a move to oust the Prime Minister on the basis of lies, innuendoes, insinuations and fabricated allegations supported by doctored evidence.

First it was Plan A. When Plan A failed they launched Plan B. Then Plan B fell flat and they plotted Plan C. However, before they could launch Plan C, Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak swooped 48 hours ahead of the conspirators and killed Plan C.

For a while the conspirators were in a daze like a fly that had been sprayed with Shelltox or Ridsect. They screamed foul, unfair, unconstitutional and all sorts of legal jargon to condemn Najib for thwarting their conspiracy.

But they soon enough recovered from their shock and went back to the drawing board to rethink their strategy. They needed a slight modification to this strategy because Plan X will have to be the final plan and if, yet again, they fail in this final plan they would have to pack their bags and join me in exile in Manchester.

So let us call this Plan D. Plan D can be taken as the plan that follows Plan C since ‘D’ does come after ‘C’. However, if Plan D does not work as well then some might even refer to Plan D as the code name for Plan Dunggu.

Plan D is as follows.

Three of the masterminds of the Gerakan Anti-Najib or GAN — Rafizi Ramli, Johari Abdul and Ariff Sabri Abdul Aziz — arranged for a certain Indian lawyer who used to be a legal adviser of Umno to prepare 120 Statutory Declarations.

About 85 of these SDs were meant for the Pakatan Rakyat Members of Parliament and the other 35 for the Barisan Nasional Members of Parliament. And these 120 Members of Parliament from both sides of the political divide would sign these SDs to prove to His Majesty the Agong that Najib has lost his majority support in Parliament.

A certain Regent of one of the royal households from one of the southern states of West Malaysia then had an audience with His Majesty the Agong to inform His Majesty that these 120 SDs are in the process of being finalised and that a vote of no confidence would be tabled in Parliament to force Najib to resign as Prime Minister.

The Regent from this southern state asked His Majesty the Agong to support the move to oust Najib, which would be done via a vote of no confidence, while the SDs would ensure that the 120 Members of Parliament do not get cold feet when the time comes like what happened during Anwar Ibrahim’s ’16 September’ fiasco in 2008 that crashed and burned in a most dramatic manner.

His Majesty the Agong gave this Regent a dressing down and said that he would not support a move to oust the Prime Minister on the basis of lies, innuendoes, insinuations and fabricated allegations supported by doctored evidence.

The Regent felt like a schoolboy who had been caught stealing muffins from the pantry and wished that the ground would open up so that he can disappear and be put out of his misery. His Majesty the Agong then sent the Regent packing with his tail between his legs and with a strong and categorical ‘no way, Jose’.

Meanwhile, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad sent feelers to Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah to try to persuade him to join the 35 Barisan Nasional Members of Parliament in signing the SDs. With Ku Li as one of the signatories the chances of reaching their target would be better.

Ku Li, however, rejected the invitation and said that he would never trust the Old Man of Malaysian politics not only in this life but also in the next as well. So, no, Ku Li is not joining the conspiracy and will not sign one of those SDs. If they do want to proceed with the plan they will have to do it without him.

So that was Plan D. And, just like what happened to Plans A, B and C, Plan D has failed as well. With both His Majesty the Agong and Ku Li saying no, they will now, yet again, have to go back to the drawing board and rethink their strategy.

So what comes next? Is it going to be Plan E next or do they go straight to Plan X and try for a last bid attempt to oust Najib from office? It appears like they are using up all the alphabets and are still far from the finish line that they might even have to start talking about Plans Y and Z as well.

Hmm…a cat is supposed to have nine lives, but the way things are going, Najib may end up having even more than the nine lives that a cat has.
