名華裔貨倉助理申訴，他慎重考慮半年後，決定到甲洞一所私人整型專科診所進行隆鼻、割雙眼皮和 鼻孔縮小手術，希望能將原本扁平的鼻子隆得像歐美男子的鼻子一樣挺直。沒想到，他花費1萬8800令吉進行手術後，卻發現鼻樑歪曲，並導致一邊的鼻孔阻 塞，而診所負責人卻拒絕賠償，他只好向警方報案，並保留起訴的權利。
20歲的蔡偉俊說，在向有關診所理論不果後，唯有向吉隆坡中央醫院的整型科求醫，並獲專科醫生證實他的鼻子確實因整型失敗導致鼻樑歪掉。
他坦承，他在手術前確實簽署一份完全以英文撰寫的協議書，他不諳英文，但被診所說服而照簽不誤，只是沒想到，診所會利用協議書作為拒絕賠償一分一毫的理由。
他聲稱，雖然診所的醫生和負責人拒絕退款，卻一直不斷遊說他返回診所接受第二輪的手術，但礙於第一次失敗的手術已讓他對該診所信心盡失，加上有關醫生也無法擔保第二輪的手術肯定會成功，因此他絕不會返回該診所再接受手術。
