Back when Samsung officially announced the Premium Suite update for its flagship Galaxy SIII smartphone, the company also mentioned that there is a Premium Suite update in the works for the original Galaxy Note, launched in September last year. Just like the Premium Suite update for the SIII, it is actually an Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update mixed together with Samsung’s suite of apps that are found in the new Galaxy Note II.
Among others, the update not only brings Jelly Bean features such as Google Now, but also Samsung apps such as Easy Clip and Paper Artist, as well as providing handwriting support for the S Planner. More importantly, there is now support for Multi Window, where users can use two apps simultaneously.
Currently, there is no news on when the Premium Suite update will roll out globally, but just like the Premium Suite update for the Galaxy SIII, it should be available in the coming weeks. For more info on the Premium Suite update for the Galaxy Note, head on to the minisite here.
